Thirty days before any renewal, you get a detailed breakdown. Price changes require explicit opt-in. We do not hide clauses in sub-paragraphs. You will never discover a surprise charge.
We will never lock you in.
Your data exports in open formats: JSON, CSV, SQL. Every workflow you build is documented. If you leave, we help you migrate — no exit fees, no data hostage situations. We win by keeping you, not trapping you.
We will never overpromise on AI.
We do not claim our AI "thinks." It does not replace judgment. It amplifies speed and consistency. We publish our model limits, accuracy baselines, and known failure modes. If it is not reliable, we do not ship it.
We will never ghost you post-sale.
Our engineers are in your Slack (or Teams, or Discord) within 24 hours of onboarding. Not a bot. Not a "success manager." The people who built the system are the people who support it.

Data custody.
You are not the product. Your data is not our asset. This is how we treat it.
Encryption in transit & rest
TLS 1.3 for all data in motion. AES-256 at rest. Keys are managed in isolated HSMs, never stored alongside data.
Zero data for model training
Your workflows, customer data, and internal logic are never used to train third-party or internal AI models. Ever.
Clean deletion on exit
When you delete data or close your account, it is purged within 30 days from all primary and backup systems. We log the purge. You can request the log.
Regional data residency
Your data stays in the region you choose. US, EU, APAC — no silent cross-border transfers. We document the exact data center locations for every deployment.
